Withers - Very little is known about this man, except that he was an Inner Party member and had some kind of position in the FFCC. He was complimented by Big Brother for his work and awarded a decoration, the Order of Conspicuous Merit, Second Class, but fell out of favour and was vaporized for unknown reasons.
