Floating Fortress

Floating Fortress - Enormous, virtually unsinkable battleships used by Oceania's naval forces, and most probably Eurasia's and East Asia's as well; the name is probably inspired by the World War II term Flying Fortess. According to The Book, Floating Fortresses guard strategic points on major sea routes. They are often used in the propaganda as symbols of Oceania's might. Like with everything else in Oceania, it's impossible to say if there really are any Floating Fortresses or if they simply are pure propaganda constructions.
