Eastasia

Eastasia - One of three superpowers in Nineteen Eighty-Four. Eastasia is sometimes an enemy of Oceania, and sometimes an ally. Its permanent territory covers most of modern day China and Japan, though its borders are less clearly defined than those of Oceania and Eurasia. Its ideology is a Chinese word which, literally translated, means Death Worship, but is better described as Obliteration of the Self.
